Company Leadership
Randy Cosby, CEO
Randy’s extensive background in technology and leadership positions him as an ideal leader for Fiber Fast Homes. His career began at age 12 with a programming contest win and the sale of his program, Math Decathlon, to KayPro Computers—showcasing his early innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
His success continued with the development of a popular BBS system and the founding of an Internet consulting business, which led to the creation of commercially successful websites such as 32bit.com and DevShed.com.
Randy’s experience with InfoWest, where he founded and contributed to its growth over nearly 30 years, spans overseeing customer support, finance, and the rollout of key technologies including DSL, cable, wireless, and fiber broadband.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Utah Tech University and notable board service—including as chairman of Dixie Care and Share—Randy brings a wealth of experience and a proven ability to drive growth and innovation. His leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in advancing Fiber Fast Homes and establishing it as a leading provider in the industry.
Randy lives in Utah with his wife and five children.
Cassidy Larson, CTO
Cassidy Larson is an accomplished technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, networking, and IT infrastructure. Beginning his career at just 16 years old with InfoWest, a leading regional ISP in Southern Utah, Cassidy quickly rose through the ranks, serving as Network Operations Manager, Director of Network Operations, and ultimately Chief Technology Officer, a role he has held for over 17 years.
In addition to his long tenure at InfoWest, Cassidy served as Chief Technology Officer at Instaproofs, Inc. for more than 20 years, where he helped build and scale an industry-leading online photographer e-commerce solution. He currently leads innovation as CTO of Fiber Fast Homes, guiding the organization in delivering advanced connectivity solutions. His career reflects a unique ability to blend strategic vision with technical expertise, ensuring that organizations remain agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Cassidy has also shared his expertise in the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University) for 10 years, teaching and mentoring the next generation of IT professionals. His leadership style emphasizes problem-solving, team collaboration, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
Cassidy lives in Southern Utah with his wife and daughter, where he continues to combine his passion for technology with a commitment to family and community.
Jessica Marvel, Vice President of Construction Operations
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Jessica has built a strong foundation in both operations and project management. Before her time at Fiber Fast Homes, she worked as an Operations Assistant for a large heavy highway company and as a Project Engineer for a nationwide general contracting firm.
Jessica’s career at Fiber Fast Homes began in project management, where she was responsible for overseeing key projects and ensuring their success from start to finish. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Jessica now lives in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds two associate degrees in General Education and Arts. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling with her husband, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Hedge Burt, Vice President of Sales
Hedge Burt is a seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years in the information technology and telecommunications industries. Before joining Fiber Fast Homes, Hedge previously led the strategic sales effort in the Southeast for ATT Consulting and Lumen Technologies (CenturyLink).
Hedge and his family recently moved to Mississippi but he is still a diehard University of Tennessee fan.
Julia Burton, Controller
Julia Burton is a seasoned business finance specialist, with a focus in developing accounting systems and strategies for continuous growth. Before joining Fiber Fast Homes, Julia was a finance team leader for various companies in a wide array of industries. During her extensive career, Julia also owned and operated a business and accounting service firm for over 15 years.
Julia enjoys spending time with her children and pets, walking, reading, dining, and visiting the mountains and national parks of Colorado.
Kelby Guest, Director of Customer Experience
With over 15 years of experience in customer service, Kelby brings a people-first approach to every interaction. She is passionate about creating seamless, supportive experiences for every customer. Most of Kelby’s career has been rooted in the healthcare industry, where compassion, clarity, and trust are essential—and those values continue to guide her work every day. Known for her collaborative spirit and dedication to continuous improvement, Kelby is committed to building teams and systems that truly put people at the center.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and getting lost in a good book.
Laura Pressman, Director of Marketing and Administration
Bringing over 20 years of experience across diverse fields, Laura Pressman serves as Director of Marketing and Administration, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. She oversees marketing strategy, digital outreach, and community engagement while ensuring administrative operations run smoothly across teams and leadership.
With a background in marketing, project management, and talent coordination, Laura thrives at the intersection of innovation and organization, balancing the big picture with the details that make it all work.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, thrifting, reading, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
