Our Director of Customer Experience, Kelby Guest, recently joined homeowners at Reverie at Palm Coast, one of the communities exclusively served by Fiber Fast Homes, for an HOA meeting.
The visit gave Kelby an opportunity to answer questions, hear directly from residents, and spend time getting to know the community we serve. And because good connections are even better with breakfast, she brought along bagels and pastries for everyone to enjoy.
Customer Service Beyond the Phone
Our Concierge team helps customers with questions about their Internet service, billing, equipment, and accounts. But some of the most valuable conversations happen when we have an opportunity to meet customers where they are.
HOA meetings and community visits give us a chance to hear feedback firsthand, better understand what matters to residents, and put a face to the Fiber Fast Homes name.
Being easily accessible is an important part of how we approach the customer experience. We want customers to know there are real people behind their Internet service who are available to listen and help.
